How do I login to the Nmbrs app?

As of July 1, 2026, two-factor authentication (2FA) via Visma Connect is mandatory for everyone logging into Nmbrs. Below, we explain how to set up 2FA, depending on your situation.

How do I set up 2FA if I cannot log in via the Nmbrs app?+
  1. Go to home.visma.com and log in.
  2. Once logged in, click the profile icon in the top right corner and then click 'my details'.
  3. Then click on enable two-factor authentication and follow the steps.
  4. Tip: After setting up the authenticator app, configure an additional method as a backup, such as SMS. 
How do I set up 2FA if I am already logged into the Nmbrs app?+
  1. In the pop-up, click 'Set up 2FA'.
  2. Grant access to log in via Visma.
  3. Then download the Visma Authenticator app, or indicate that you want to use another authenticator app (such as Google or Microsoft).
  4. If you want to use another app, copy the green code shown at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Then open the chosen authenticator app and click '+' to create a new connection. Name it, for example, Nmbrs and paste the copied code.
  6. After that, reopen the Nmbrs app and click Next. You will be asked to enter a 6-digit code. You can find this in the authenticator app you just set up. Enter the code.
How do I log in via the Nmbrs mobile app?+

Download the Nmbrs mobile app via the App Store or Google Play Store. This allows you to perform key actions anywhere using your phone.

  1. Log in with your email address, password, and two-factor authentication code. These details are identical to your employee login credentials used in the browser.

  2. Enter your password and click the green 'Log in' button.

  3. If this is your first time logging in, also enter the security code from the authenticator app.

  4. As a final step, set up one of the following methods:

    • PIN code
    • Face ID
    • Fingerprint

Do you have multiple employee logins for different companies linked to the same email address? You can easily switch between companies via the menu on the left. At the bottom of the menu, you will find the option 'Switch company'.
