In Nmbrs, the domain is used to log into the Nmbrs App, for example personeel.nmbrs.nl. The domain is also the address in the browser to reach the web application.
If you do not know the domain or you do not yet have an account, contact your supervisor or your company's payroll department.
To log in, you can use the combination email address, password and two-factor authentication. These details are identical to your employee login details. After entering the domain, you will be redirected to a page where you enter your email address.
After entering your email address, enter your password and then click the green ‘Login’ button.
If you are logging into the Nmbrs app for the first time, you will also need to enter the Authenticator app security code.
Once the authentication code is entered, you can complete the last step.
The last step of the login process is to verify your login attempt. The verification can be completed by one of the following options:
- Set up a PIN
- Touch-ID (fingerprint recognition)
- Face-ID (face recognition)
Once you have completed the above steps, you can use the mobile application. Your administration determines which functionalities are available for you to use.
Note: in case you have multiple employee logins for separate companies (within the same domain), you'll have the option to choose one of the companies. Switching between companies can be done by logging out and logging in again.
