Step 1 – Installation
The Visma Authenticator app is free to download from the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android). Search for 'Visma Authenticator' and install the app on your phone.
Step 2 – Linking to your Visma Connect account
After installation, you need to link the app to your Visma Connect account once. Follow the steps below:
- Open the Visma Authenticator app on your phone and tap 'Add account'.
- Choose 'Log in' and sign in to your Visma account.
- Logging in to the Visma Authenticator app will immediately activate two-step verification for your account.
- Allow the Authenticator app to send notifications if you want to use the push notification feature.
The link is now complete. Your Visma Connect account is connected to the Visma Authenticator app.
Step 3 – Logging in with the Visma Authenticator
From now on, when logging in to Nmbrs (via browser or mobile app) you will need your phone for the verification step. Follow the steps below:
- Enter your email address and password on the login screen.
- You will be prompted to enter a verification code.
- Open the Visma Authenticator app on your phone.
-
Enter the six-digit code from the app on the login screen and click 'Confirm'.
