How do I set up 2FA?

  1. Go to home.visma.com and log in with your existing email address and password.
  2. You'll be asked to choose a verification method: an authenticator app (Google, Microsoft, or Visma authenticator), SMS, or face ID. Choose what works best for you. Pop-up not showing? Click here.
  3. At the end, save the recovery code. If you ever lose your phone, this is the only way to log in.

Note: you'll receive an email from Visma during setup (do.not.reply@mail.connect.visma.com). This is correct, communication is sent from there. Also check your spam folder. After the initial setup, you'll log in with just one tap or your fingerprint.

Tip: Set up two methods immediately as a backup (for example, SMS and an authenticator app).
